Services

A1 Lawn Care, LLC provides lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal services in the Central Connecticut area, including New Britain, Farmington, West Hartford, and Avon. Services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and seasonal scheduling.

  • All services are performed on a best-effort basis and may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions.
  • Service frequency, scope, and pricing are determined at the time of your quote and may vary based on property conditions.
  • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual property conditions, scope of work, or additional services requested. We will communicate any pricing changes before performing additional work.

Payment

Payment terms are established at the time of service agreement. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.

Property Access & Conditions

By scheduling services, you grant A1 Lawn Care, LLC permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring clear access to the work areas (e.g., unlocking gates, removing obstacles).
  • Informing us of any known hazards, underground utilities, irrigation systems, or pet containment systems on your property.
  • Securing pets during service visits.

Limitation of Liability

A1 Lawn Care, LLC takes great care in performing our services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Damage to unmarked or concealed underground utilities, sprinkler heads, invisible fences, or similar items.
  • Pre-existing property conditions or damage caused by weather, pests, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
